My son Rocco was born at 31 weeks with a heart condition that children don't usually survive. So one can imagine that it was terrifying to have to return to work after an extended medical leave with him. Upon touring YCP and discussing our concerns with its director, my husband and I felt very comfortable leaving Rocco in the care of its highly trained and capable staff as we returned to work. Filing the paperwork for approval with Rocco's insurance company was effortless for us thanks to the director, whose efficiency and knowledge of the process gave us a quick confirmation of the insurance company's willingness to cover the services. The staff attends to his daily medical needs and works with his early intervention therapists to address his developmental needs. I honestly don't know where we would be without this wonderful service.
