Your Child's Place, a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Center, located at 289 North Avenue in Washington, PA is pleased to announce that it is accepting referrals for children seeking enrollment.

Your Child's Place provides skilled pediatric nursing care in addition to educational instruction in a child care setting. Children may be eligible for enrollment if they are 6 weeks to 8 yrs of age, medically fragile or technology dependent, and have services prescribed by their physician. This would include children with a serious, ongoing illness or chronic condition that would require the use of medical devices and constant medical care.

Parents who feel they have a child that might qualify for services are encouraged to call Tiffany Scott, Clinical Director, 724-223-7801 for a tour the center and to begin the enrollment process.
